-Pregnant women, people who have been drinking alcohol or are sick are not accepted for participating.

-Life jackets, helmet and wet suits are provided
-Free hot shower and free parking place are available

-Water sport shoes to wear during canyoning (tight fitting & non slip shoes)
-Rental shoes are available (for 300yen)
-Band for eyeglasses or goggles
-Please prepare warm clothing in case of cold weather (Rental clothes: 300yen)
■Cancellation & refund policy:
※ In event of severe weather condition such as typhoon, storm or heavy rain, tour will by reconfirmed by 7pm the night before tour date.
Otherwise, will be proceed on schedule in light rain.
※ If the tour is cancelled by the company due to bad weather, we’ll refund the amount paid.
※ You will receive a phone call from the company.
※ Refund will be made by banking into your account.
※ No compensation beyond meeting place.
※ A fee will be charged on customer’s cancellation.

・1 day before the tour date --- 50% of the tour charge
